Return and Refund Policy

Return Conditions:
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise specified).
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags.
  • If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, please provide photos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items:
Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items (unless a quality issue is present).
  • Sale, customized, and personalized items (unless defective).

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return: Contact our customer service team via email at support@usamax.shop with your order number and return reason.
  2. Return Confirmation: We will respond within 1-2 business days to confirm your return.
  3. Return Address: Upon confirmation, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.
  4. Return the Item: Please ship the item within 15 days of receiving return confirmation and include the tracking number.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the return is due to a quality issue or our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if your return is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If you don’t receive your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at support@usamax.shop.

Order Cancellations:
We accept cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Time: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of payment.
  • How to Cancel: Contact customer service at support@usamax.shop or by phone.
  • Shipped Orders: If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after receiving it.
