Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. Please note that processing does not occur on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Tracking information may take additional time to update based on the courier’s system.
Cut-off Time for Same-Day Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00, Pacific Standard Time) are eligible for same-day processing.

Change of Shipping Address
You may update your shipping address free of charge before a tracking number has been issued. Once tracking information is provided, changes to the delivery address can no longer be made.
Order Tracking
- Registered Users: You can view your order and shipment status directly in your account dashboard.
- Guest Checkout: Use your Order ID and email address on our order tracking page to check your status.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before it has shipped and receive a full refund without any handling fees. Once the order has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
Shipping Coverage & Taxes
We currently do not charge any sales tax on orders.
